LED Tube - Factory test 1.High voltage testing

High voltage testing will be made in accordance with different quality request.

According to UL request, our workers will conduct voltage testing under 1440V for 1 second on all products.

According to TUV request, our workers will conduct voltage testing under 3750V for 1 second on all products.

All products must pass high voltage testing before being moved to next process.

2.Vibration testing

We will take 2pcs samples from every production lot and make simulated automobile vibration testing; the

testing continues for 3 hours with two different vibration models (horizontal and vertical).

After testing, the structure and function must be good, and the product must work well when connecting with

the power.

At the same time, our quality department will take long-term aging testing on products with destructive testing,

in order to collect the information of product stability.

3. Aging testing

48 hours aging testing is a must for all products before shipment; all products will be aging under the voltage

of exported countries, for example, products exported to UK will be aging under 240V, to USA 110V;

For the first 2 hours, the light will be on and off every 3 seconds; From 3rd to 24th hour, the light will be on

and off every 3 minutes; From 25th to 48th hour, the light is continuously being lighted for 24 hours.

4. Dropping testing

We will take 2pcs samples from every production lot and make dropping testing.

According to UL testing standard, LED tube must be hung at the height of 90cm, then dropped on the

wooden floor;

After testing, there must be NO broken on mechanical part, NO exposure of wire, and the product must work

well when connecting with the power.

At the same time, our quality department will take long-term aging testing on products with destructive testing,

in order to collect the information of product stability.
